Casino War is played with six decks of cards. If you have ever played poker then you will know the rank of the cards. It starts off with each player making a wager then everyone one playing including the dealer gets one card. Then each player has to compare his card with the dealer’s card. Hopefully the player’s card is higher than the dealers are and if so, the player wins even money. As you can see Casino War up to this point isn’t much different then the War you used to play except without the money.

Now naturally if the dealer’s card is higher then he is going to be the winner. However, there is always that chance of a tie in Casino War, so what happens now? Well there’s a few choices to be made by the player. One he can give up and lose one-half of his bet, or on the other hand, he can go to War. This is where the real excitement begins and the adrenalin starts to flow.

If War is the choice made then the player must bet another amount equal to his first bet.  Another card is dealt to each the player and dealer. If this new card beats, the dealer the player walks away with even money on his second bet and the original bet is pushed. On the other hand, if the dealer wins then the player loses all.

Casino War pretty well has standard rules. Most Casinos will pretty well just stay with these rules although in some cases there could be house rules. In this event, the players must abide by them. Once you have played Casino War a few times you won’t care what the rules are you will just want to play the game and get your chance to play War.
